Data Retention

Retention follows the principle of necessity. Personal information is kept only while needed and auto-deleted after 90 inactive days. Anonymized analytics may persist longer.

International Transfers

Personal information may be processed outside your country. We apply encryption and contractual safeguards intended to provide comparable protection.

Children's Privacy

Epic Billiard Merge is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact hmsanny37@gmail.com for deletion.

Disclosure Requirements
